Through my storytelling work, I have assembled more than 3,000 stories from professionals across more than 150 creative professions. These stories offer insights into ambition, turning points, reinvention, identity and the search for meaningful work.

I use storytelling to help organizations rethink their propositions, improve conversations with clients and employees, and develop services that respond to people’s real aspirations.

The engagement might be a strategic consulting project, an on-site workshop, a keynote, a learning programme or focused advice at a critical stage in the development of a new initiative.

I do not believe in imposing the same solution on every organization. I believe in understanding the challenge, asking better questions and helping people see possibilities they may not have considered.
